This beautiful spiral staircase is located in building 'Den Bell' in Antwerp, and is beautiful to photograph from both the bottom view and the top view.
The building was originally opened in 1882 as the first foreign branch and headquarters of the communications company 'International Bell Telephone Company'.
Since 2006, the Antwerp city council has been using the complex as a nerve center for the city administration.
